Kevin shares his own business experiences with a hands on approach. Kevin Green is a self-made multi-millionaire and social entrepreneur. He is one of the UKâ??s largest residential property landlords and a multi-business owner.
The 48-year-old dyslexic, who featured on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire, was homeless in 1984. Today his property portfolio runs into the hundreds.

Before making his fortune in business he was a successful dairy farmer. In 1999 he won a Nuffield Scholarship in agriculture and studied the attitudes and personalities of high achievers. He also interviewed the likes of Bill Gates and Sir Richard Branson. During the study he learned the simple principles for success and determined the common elements that contributed towards that success. He bought his first property soon after, using credit cards to bridge finance the deposit of a buy-to-let mortgage. After quickly renovating it and selling it at a profit, he bought a second. The rest is history.
Over the last decade Kevin continues to thrive in business and chooses to give back to the next generation of entrepreneurs by sharing his knowledge and wisdom. His speciality talks include motivation, empowerment and coaching. He enjoys giving businesses and organisations an insight into what it takes to become successful in the business world.

Dauer der Ausstellung 21.6.2012 bis 8.9.2012Die GalerÃa Kewenig freut sich, zum ersten Mal Arbeiten des deutschen Künstlers Elger Esser zu zeigen.
Für seine Ausstellung in der GalerÃa Kewenig hat der 1967 in Stuttgart geborene und in Rom aufgewachsene Becher-Schüler der Düsseldorfer Kunstakademie fotografische Arbeiten mit dem Motiv Wasser ausgewählt. In stillen Ansichten von Flusslandschaften, Meeresküsten und Stadtansichten durchzieht das Wasser als wiederkehrendes Motiv das Å?uvre von Elger Esser. Die Tonalität der Farben und das Sfumato feuchter Luft bündelt Essers Interesse an historischen Landschaften und verleiht ihm den Ruf des Romantikers unter den Fotografen der Düsseldorfer Schule. Er übersetzt die Ansichten in das Medium der Fotografie, bewahrt aber zugleich kunsthistorische Reminiszenzen an gemalte italienische Veduten, deutsche Maler der Romantik und Pioniere französischer Landschaftsfotografie aus der Zeit um 1900.
In der Werkserie "Undine" (2012) hält Esser den einzigartigen Moment eines Wellenschlages fest, der sich in jeder Welle (lat: "Unda") auf eigene Weise entlädt. Die Unikate entstanden während einer Schiffsreise Essers auf dem Forschungsschiff "Meteor" im Atlantischen Ozean. Die "Undine" (Meerjungfrau)-Fotografien sind als Ultra Chrome Print ausgeführt und sind â?? der Einzigartigkeit der Wellen huldigend â?? in römischen Zahlen nummeriert. Die auf Essers Reise entstandenen Werke werden ab Juli 2012 erstmals auch im musealen Rahmen im Landesmuseum Oldenburg gezeigt.
Eine seit Studientagen von Esser gepflegte Sammlung von etwa 25.000 Postkarten und anonymen Fotografien zeigt überwiegend das Motiv des Blicks von der französischen Atlantikküste auf das Meer. In der in der Ausstellung gezeigten Arbeit "13 �le Sainte Marguerite" (2005, C-Print, DiaSec Face, Forex) überführt Esser das Motiv stürmischen Wellengangs durch Vergrö�erung und Manipulation eines bestimmten Ausschnitts einer Postkarte. Bei dem Werk "6 Dieppe" handelt es sich ebenfalls um ein Postkartenmotiv, vergrö�ert, welches nachträglich handkoloriert wurde (2007, s/w-Print, handkoloriert). In den so entstandenen Appropriationen der historischen Ansicht bleibt die Aura alter Meisterschaft erhalten. Esser bedient sich moderner fotografischer Techniken, um die Erinnerung an unwiederbringliche Landschaftsphänomene und vergangene Fotografietechnik festzuhalten und seine Ansichten mit Erhabenheit zu füllen, die heutiger Fotografie nur noch selten gelingt.
In dem ebenfalls gezeigten Bild "Joudy" (2003, C-Print), einem Meeresbild, das aus gro�er Distanz aufgenommen ist, gelingt Esser ein �berführen in die Abstraktion durch besonders helles Abziehen im Fotolabor. Das Meer erstreckt sich in dem gewählten Ausschnitt in grö�ter Ruhe hinter einer ruhigen Küste umliegenden Schwemmlandes. Der �bergang von Land zu Wasser erfolgt nahezu in bildlicher Auflösung. Die Gelbtönung verleiht der Strandansicht eine leicht antiquierende Wirkung und enthebt sie definierbarer Zeitlichkeit. Die blasse Farbigkeit wirkt wie eine schwindende Erinnerung, die sich langsam in der poetischen Weite des Motivs zugunsten einer allgemein beruhigten Empfindung auflöst.
Elger Esser lebt und arbeitet in Düsseldorf. Von 1991 bis 1997 studierte er an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf bei Bernd Becher; ab 1996 war er Meisterschüler und erhielt 1997 den Akademiebrief. Von 2006 bis 2009 war er Professor der Staatlichen Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe im Fachbereich Medienkunst, 2008 folgte eine Gastprofessur für Fotografie an der Folkwang Schule Essen. 2010 wurde Elger Esser der Rheinische Kunstpreis verliehen. 2012 erhielt er ein Arbeitsstipendium am Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg (HWK), Institute for Advanced Study, Delmenhorst. Seit Mitte der neunziger Jahre werden seine Werke in zahlreichen Ausstellungen in nationalen und internationalen Museen gezeigt und haben Eingang in internationale Sammlungen und Museen gefunden, darunter das Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum (New York), das Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), das â?¨Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam), die Stiftung Museum Kunstpalast (Düsseldorf), das Kunsthaus Zürich, der Fonds national dâ??art contemporain (Paris), das Centre Pompidou (Paris), die Städtische Galerie im Lenbachhaus (München), das Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, das Museum der Moderne Salzburg, u.a.
